Dice Bag

Normally the rules forum wouldn't answer a question like this, since it falls outside of the rules of the game.
There aren't measurements or requirements on the size of a dice bag, but if a player is doing something that is thought to be for an unfair advantage (and might fall under cheating) a judge at a tournament should feel comfortable intervening as appropriate.
In home games, we'd hope that everyone has the natural inclination to play fairly and have fun with their friends.
