Regent's Flagship--Mirror Negh'var Class

The Regent's Flagship ability states: "Instead of making a normal attack with your Primary Weapon, you fire in any direction at up to 2 enemy ships at Range 1 with 4 attack dice against each ship."

This matches the wording of the ship abilities of Voyager and the USS Enterprise-D:

Voyager: "Instead of making a normal attack with your Primary Weapon, you may fire in any direction at range 1-2 with 4 attack dice. If you do so, place an Auxiliary token beside your ship."

Enterprise-D: "Instead of making a normal attack with your Primary Weapon, you may fire in any direction at range 1-2 with 3 attack dice."

In both the case of Voyager and the Enterprise-D, these 360 attacks have been ruled to benefit from Range Bonuses--if Voyager or the D uses it's ability to shoot out of arc at a ship in Range 1, they get +1 Attack Die, just as if they were firing in-arc.

Since the Regent's Flagship has the same wording, does it benefit from Range Bonuses with its 360 multi-shot, thus meaning the attacks are actually made at 5 dice, since the shot can only be made at Range 1 in the first place?
