READY, COMRADE?: Give Colossus a free action to attach an adjacent friendly Uncanny X-men #066 Weapon X. As long as Weapon X is attached, Colossus has a range value of 8. When Colossus makes a ranged attack with Uncanny X-men #066 Weapon X attached, after actions resolve place Weapon X adjacent to the target of that attack. When Colossus is KO'd with Weapon X attached, place Weapon X in the square Colossus occupied.

If Weapon X detaches from Colossus, gets damaged from an opposing character, then in a future turn, reattaches to Colossus, if Colossus were to use him in a ranged attack, placing Weapon X back on the map, would Weapon X be back on his first click?

No. Nothing in the effect states to change the click number Weapon X is on when placed via "READY, COMRADE?". Weapon X's dial remains on whatever click number it was last on when attaching and detaching.
