• National Championship Qualifications
  • For every eight players entered into the event (rounded up), one player earns a 2016-2017 HeroClix National Championship Qualification. If a player already earned a 2016-2017 HeroClix National Championship Qualification in the country in which the WizKids Open is being held, their qualification passes down to the next highest ranked player who has not already earned a 2016-2017 HeroClix National Championship Qualification in the country in which the WizKids Open is being held.

DICE MASTERS REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Entry Fee: $15 USD (Includes 12 Dice Masters Foil Packs)

Format: Modified Rainbow Draft – Players participating in the Dice Masters Regional Championship will be given 12 Dice Masters Foil Packs. Players will then be divided into roughly equal groups (as close as possible to 8 per group). Players will then perform a Rainbow Draft as normal. After players have drafted and constructed their teams, they will play a standard Swiss event with a top 8 cut using the teams they drafted and constructed during the Rainbow Draft. NOTE – For the purposes of the Rainbow Draft it is more important to have groups as equal as possible than it is to have groups of as close to 8 as possible. For example, if there are 9 players, there should be 3 groups of 3, instead of a group of 4 and a group of 5.

Entry Fee: $15 USD (Includes one HeroClix Booster Pack)

Format: Sealed Draft, No point limit, 3 action limit

Prize Structure*:

• All booster contents are placed in center of the map to create a prize pool. A 2017 Marvel, DC, or TMNT HeroClix Con LE Prize Figure and 3 Con LE Bystander Tokens are added to the prize pool. All players snake draft from the prize pool in order of placement in the game.

DICE MASTERS RAINBOW DRAFT

Minimum/Maximum Players: 4/8

Format: Sealed Draft
