Wizkids Rules!

I'm having trouble getting a clear answer, and this is a topic of debate at my local store. Does Big Entrance combo with other cards that lower cost? For instance, if you had Big Entrance (lowers printed cost by 1), with a Half-Dragon (reduces dragons by 2) and a Red-eyes Black Dragon (reduces Bolt creatures by 2), would this not reduce the cost of say a Red Dragon from 7B to 2B? Thanks for the assist!
