Card titles: exactly?

Question on when making a team with the understanding that the card title must not be the same. Does a "TM" in the name make it different? Example "Wonder Woman" and "Wonder Woman TM", where the TM is the trademark symbol. Also, in this example, the dice are different too. There are others like "Superman TM: Phone Booth" and "Superman: Bulletproof"

No. A card title with a Trademark (TM) note and the same titled card without a TM note cannot be in the same team build.
