Iron Man - Phoenix Buster

I was examining our Month 5 AvX OP kit, and noticed that this card doesn't have a Max dice number. Is this intentional or is it a printing error?

This was indeed a printing error! Sorry for the confusion.
Iron Man - Phoenix Buster should have a Max: 2.

The Month 2 AvX OP card Spider-Man The Amazing is also missing it's max dice number.
What is the max dice number for that card?

Spider-Man, The Amazing should have a Max: 4.
