Can someone clarify what characters are affected by his ability?

Teamwatch - when you feild a character who shares an affiliation with Red Skull, spin down all of their character dice one level or spin up all of your character dice one level (your opponent chooses).

Read this ability as: “When you field a character who shares an affiliation with Red Skull, your opponent chooses to either spin down all of their character dice one level or spin up all of your character dice one level.

This is just a clearer way to read this ability by moving the parenthetical phrase within the sentence.
