The Secret Wars set will have a basic action named Cosmic Cube, but a non-basic action called Cosmic Cube also exists. Would you be allowed to have both of these actions on the same team since one is a basic action, or would you not be allowed to because they're both called Cosmic Cube?

You can bring both Cosmic Cube cards.

A team in Dice Masters consists of up to 8 unique Character and/or Action cards a player assembles. The Basic Action cards (and dice) are community property, though each player is required to bring two cards of their choice.

This aligns with the game set-up rule for a maximum of 20 dice on a team, which does not include the 6 dice on the two Basic Action cards a player brought. It also is consistent with the rule that a team cannot have multiple cards with exactly the same card name/title, which is germane to this question.
