Does the ability on Rip Hunter: Through The Vanishing Point

"When fielded, name a non-Sidekick die (replacing all previous choices). While Rip Hunter is active, when you draw the named die you may place it in your Reserve Pool on any face instead of rolling it."

circumvent the placement of dice drawn with the Corrupt ability ?

"Target player draws _ dice, places 1 in Used, and returns the rest"

Example:
Rip Hunter is active in my field. I trigger Corrupt and target myself to draw dice.
I draw the die I named when Rip Hunter was fielded. Do I get to place it in my
reserve pool on any face?

No, there is no interaction between Rip Hunter’s ability and the Corrupt keyword ability.

Rip Hunter's ability is applied to a die drawn and rolled, usually in the Clear and Draw Step though there are some abilities that have you draw and roll a die outside of this step (e.g. Atlantis: Vast Kingdom). This is clearer if you were to state the ability as “when you draw the named die, instead of rolling it you may place it in your Reserve Pool on any face”.

The Corrupt keyword ability does not require the dice drawn to be rolled.
