Lets say i use Invulnerability on my turn
My attacking characters that get knocked out this turn return to the field
I then attack with a sidekick character
My opponent Declare Blockers
Then i use Green Goblin Osborne Global to knock out my sidekick to deal 2 damage to a character
Will my sidekick return to the field? If so, can i target the same sidekick again?
Also, if this sidekick is blocked, i am guessing he won't deal his damage to the blocker?
If he is unblocked, no damage neither?

There is an issue with the timing as described. Here is what could happen, I hope it resolves your questions:
1) During your Main Step you play Invulnerability.
2) During your Attack Step, you attack with some characters (including at least one Sidekick).
3) Your opponent declares blockers.
4) You have a chance to use Global Abilities. You use Green Goblin's, and KO your Sidekick.
5) This Sidekick would return to the Field Zone, but not deal damage to the blocker. It doesn't specify that the character returns to the Attack Zone. An unblocked Sidekick would deal no damage to your opponent if KO'd and returned to the Field Zone with Invulnerability's effect.
6) You could KO a Sidekick a 2nd time with Green Goblin, but it wouldn't be attacking at that point so Invulnerability wouldn't return it to the Field Zone.
