Mismatched and/or missing serial numbers on Yugioh DM

In the normal rainbow draft rules, you have the option of subbing out a mismatched die with a die from your collection to match a pulled card; can we do this with mismatched serial numbers in sealed events?

All normal Rainbow Draft Rules also apply to Yu-Gi-Oh!
