Ice Man - Too Cool for Words
Global: Pay (Bolt) to spin any number of your Sidekick dice to their (Bolt) side (if active move them to your reserve pool)

Can you use this Global to turn Sidekicks in your reserve to their (Bolt) side or can you only use this Global on Sidekick in the field?

You can use this on Sidekick dice in the Reserve Pool as well as your Field Zone.
