Hi,

The text of the card said that you can force oponent to reroll one dice of the initial roll, for my understanding i can use my second reroll in this dice too, i mean roll this dice for third time if i want.

We are using this card in the right way?

That is correct, you may reroll that die after Scarlet Witch's effect.
