I have Unicorn: Paragon Beast in play and I attack with a level 3 Spiderman: Hero for Hire. Doe he get the bonus from the Unicorn?

I have a Black Manta: Deepsea Deviant in play and my Vampire: Master Undead is knocked out, does my opponent take damage?

Are heroes (JL, UXM, Avengers, FF, etc) good and villains (LoD, Hydra, Brotherhood, etc) evil?

Good and Evil are limited to Battle for Faerûn for the time being. Heroes and villains don't line up with either alignment.
