Retaliatory Strike
Posted: Sun Mar 04, 2018 1:42 amThe Klingon Elite Talent, Retaliatory Strike, has a number of conditions, described in detail, but does not mention Target Lock.
Given a Photon Torpedo, at the time this card became available, would have cost 4 SP or 5 SP, and the Elite card is 5 SP, and given the Torpedo is discarded, and given the card states "immediately perform an attack" when meeting other criteria, it really seems to exclude the need to have a target lock.
Many agree no Target Lock is needed, however many disagree.
Would you be able to provide a definitive answer regarding the need, or lack of need, for a Target Lock?
