No, the maneuver dial must match the ship that it came with and can only be used with that ship. The (Original) Constitution Class Starship cannot switch dials with the (Refit) Constitution Class Starship.

Does this only apply to ships that have different movement options? For example, the b'rel movement dial that comes with the Ferengi Faction Pack has dual factions (Klingon/Ferengi) on it. Am I allowed to use ANY b'rel movement dial when I am fielding Lurin's Bird of Prey, or the Generic Ferengi/Klingon dual faction b'rel ship, or am I only allowed to use the movement dial with the dual faction printed on it that came with the Faction Pack?

You can use any maneuver dial for any ship as long as the ship's class and the maneuvers on that maneuver dial match the ship class and maneuver's of the maneuver dial that came with that ship.

The only exception to this rule is for the Jem'Hadar Battleship which can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=14372
