The reference card for the Energy Web Token states "EWTs are treated as Obstacles but do not inflict normal obstacle damage. A ship whose base or Maneuver Template overlaps an EWT, or a ship that has an EWT placed on top of it, must roll 1 attack die for every 2 EWTs in that you have in the play area, rounded up (max 10 dice). Any [HIT] or [CRIT] damages the target ship as normal. The affected ship does not roll any defense dice.

Bajoran Interceptor 5 (Wave 5) states: "You do not lose your "Perform Actions" step or take damage when you overlap a planet, obstacles or ship base. You may roll defense dice against any minefield."

Phasing Cloaking Device (USS Pegasus Wave 14) states: "... When cloaked, your ship … 2) does not lose its action when overlapping another ship's base or an obstacle and 3) suffers no damage when overlapping obstacles"

Are these cards (and others mentioning no damage from obstacles) meant to be immune to Energy Web Tokens as well?
