What are the timings with Arex and Faked Messages and Lure?

Does Lure block Arex from working because Lure prevents the dial from being changed, but Arex rotates the dial?


Can Arex work against Faked Messages because FM changes the maneuver before it's revealed?

Lure prevents Arex because the dial cannot be changed.

Arex does not work with Faked Messages because Faked Messages overrides the selected Maneuver and changes it to a 1 straight even if it's not on the ship's maneuver dial.
