Does a ship in the Borg Fleet count as Borg Faction instead of, or in addition to any other Factions?

Hello, I've got a couple of questions to clarify for this.

1- Avatar of Tomed - Borg/Romulan Dual faction, when used in a Rebel fleet would be considered to be Independant/Romulan?
2- Would it then be able to equip the "Borg Alliance" card if used with a non-borg captain?
3- Would it lose it's ability to perform its special action of regeneration as a free action when you cloak?

A ship assigned to the Borg Fleet counts as Borg Faction instead of it original faction. It may therefore have Borg only upgrades deployed to it and would not be able to use cards restricted or triggering off of it's original faction.

3. No, the regeneration action is not on the action bar of the ship and is provided by the text of the ship and therefore would not be affected in this case.
