During the Activation Phase, after you reveal a straight Maneuver, you may disable this card to add +1 to the Maneuver's number (i.e. a 2 becomes a 3, a 3 becomes a 4, etc.).

Can you reveal a 4 maneuver, use Transwarp Drive to make it a 6, then use Ion Thrusters to make the maneuver a 7?

No. Ion thrusters activates from a maneuver that is revealed and adds +1 to the maneuver number revealed; it can turn a 3 into a 4 (which could activate Transwarp Drive on a ship that does not have a natural 4 maneuver). Transwarp Drive states that if you reveal a 4 or a 5 forward you disregard the dial and may perform a 6 forward INSTEAD of what you revealed. You do not reveal a 6 forward with Transwarp so it does not allow Ion Thrusters to trigger.
