Question: The rules state to treat the Borg Cube Token as having a Captain Skill of 10. Does GenKhan "You do not pay a Faction penalty when assigning Khan or any [Elite Talent] Upgrade to your ship. If any Captain in play has a higher Skill Number than Khan, Khan's Skill Number equals that Captain's Skill Number" match the skill of the Cube (as it is given a skill) or does the lack of a Captain card mean that Khan isn't able to match it?

The Cube does not have a captain assigned to it and only acts as if it had a Captain Skill of 10. Khan cannot copy the 10 because the Cube does not have a captain.
