When the Borg Queen (8 drone version from the Tactical Cube) redeploys to another Borg ship does she keep cards assigned to her such as elite talents or Fleet Captain resources?

Elite Talents are assigned to the ship, but are provided by the Captain. The Fleet Captain resource is assigned to the Captain. The Borg Queen would still be designated the Fleet Captain, but would not receive her Elite Talents.
