Posted: Fri Nov 07, 2014 5:54 pmYes, The Borg Sphere in the The Collective Month Three The Battle of Sector 001 should be treated as a ship in this case. You can slow the sphere's movement with both the Borg Tractor Beam and Energy Disapator.
