Wave 5 - Tactical Cube - Borg Queen - Fleet Captain

The Borg Queen (Tactical Cube/6-point/8-drone version) says, in part:

If another Borg ship is in your fleet when your ship is destroyed, you may replace that ship's Captain Card with this card. If you do so, discard that Captain Card and all Drone Tokens from both cards. Then place 8 Drone Tokens on this card.

If this Borg Queen also happens to be a Fleet Captain, when she replaces the captain on the new ship, does the Fleet Captain go with her (e.g. count as an upgrade to the Captain) or stay with the destroyed ship (e.g. count as an upgrade to the Ship)?

The Borg Queen would still have the Fleet Captain deployed to her if she is moved to a new ship.
