Wave 9 - Chang's Bird of Prey - Prototype Cloaking Device

I recently bought Chang's Bird-of-Prey, on a tech upgrade, Prototype Cloaking Device, it says this upgrade can only be purchased for a Klingon Bird-of-Prey class ship. So it rules out the Romulan Bird-of-Prey, but what about the other Klingon Birds-of-Prey? The K'Vort class and B'Rel class are technically Birds-of-Prey they are just classed differently. So, can upgrades like the above mentioned be used on the K'Vort and B'Rel classes as well? Thoughts?

No. The ship class is found underneath the title. Prototype Cloaking Device can only be purchased for a ship with the exact ship class of "Klingon Bird-Of-Prey".
