Wave 5 - TACTICAL CUBE 138 - Full Assault

Full Assault's wording is different than other abilities that allow you to make additional attacks. It simply says you make choose multiple targets for your assault and that each target must be attacked with at least 2 dice.

Does this ACTUALLY give you more attacks using a Pool of dice or is it considered 1 attack? (could 1 part of the attack be canceled by Varel while the other attacks still hit their targets or would Varel save an entire fleet?)

Do those dice have to be assigned to each target before rolling?

Can a Single effect like Spock/Scan or Spending Target Lock affect all the dice or only those assigned to a specific target?

With Full Assault, you get 6 attack dice, 9 if fired from a Tactical Cube to spread around 2-3 targets.
Cards that add additional dice only add to the total dice, not each separate attack.
These are not additional attacks.
You must decide how many dice are used on each target ship before rolling any dice.
The attacks are resolved separately.
The active player may decide the order in which the attacks are resolved.

For Example: Varel may only cancel the attack made on her own ship, a Target Lock may be spent only to reroll the dice used to attack the ship with the Red Lock token, Spock could only modify [BS] results on one target ship if there is a [Scan] token beside your ship.

Full Assault against Fighter Squadrons

Postby gaiusross » Fri Jan 09, 2015 7:43 pm

Full Assault states "the attack can be divided between 2-3 different ships."

Are the Fighter Squadrons classed as one ship, or is each token classed as a ship?

Fighter Squadrons are classified as one ship and Full Assault would only allow 1 attack against a fighter squadron in a round.
