The subject says it all...but if this attack is against a ship on which Tasha already has a Target Lock, can the Target Lock token be used? It seems like if you're determining the firing arc the ship is still on the table to do so, as would be any of its tokens.

Card text:

If your ship was just destroyed, discard this card to target 1 enemy ship within Range 1-3, if possible. Immediately make 1 free attack against that ship with 4 attack dice. If the target ship is in your forward firing arc, that ships (sic) rolls -2 defense dice against this free attack.

Yes, Tasha Yar could modify her attack with a Target Lock or Battle Station Token because her attack would happen during the Combat Phase.
