Can the Oversized Borg Cube be used in standard tournaments or is it banned like Deep Space 9?

Yes, the Oversize Borg Cube is tournament legal. Deep Space Nine is also Tournament Legal now. We are placing the new rules in FAQ which will be released soon.

Any officially released ship with a miniature, base and dial (even Deep Space Nine) is tournament legal.

Is the DS9 token playable? (If you have the cards obviously)

No, the token does not include a miniature with a base.

Rules Clarification - Cube 112 & Magnus Hansen

Postby gingerfriction » Wed Jan 14, 2015 12:07 pm

Cube 112
Instead of making a normal attack with your Primary Weapon, you may fire at up to 4 different ships at Range 1-2 with 4 attack dice against each ship. If you do this, spend 1 Done Token for each of these attacks after the first.

Magnus Hansen
Whenever you are requried to spend any number of Drone Tokens, you may discard this card to spend 1 less Drone Token.

Based on the last line of Cube 112
If you do this, spend 1 Done Token for each of these attacks after the first.
would Magnus Hansen make each attack cost 0 drone tokens or would the total drone cost be 2 (3 -1=2)?

Each attack from Cube 112 is a separate instance of spending a drone token. Magnus Hansen would only allow you to reduce the cost of one attack, the other 2 would still cost 1 drone token each.
