Wave 6 - Borg Soong - Photon Torpedoes

The Photon torpedoes in this pack do not list a fire arc on the card. Can these torpedoes be used on the other borg ships with 360 degree arcs since the card does not mention any fire arcs?

Yes, the Photon Torpedoes that come with the Soong Type Borg Ship may be fired from a primary 360 arc.
