After you may, you may target 1 friendly ship within Range 1-2 (or your own ship). The target ship immediately performs an additional white "1" Maneuver (forward, bank, or turn)
If Chekov is on a ship and the ind fed fleet captain can it do the following?
Perform a Red Maneuver
Give itself a free 1 move (treated as white)
Remove the aux token from the Red Maneuver with Chekov's text ability
Perform action as normal
