Does this mean you can only place one token, no matter how many 1 [STRAIGHT] maneuvers you made during the round? Or can you place one for every 1 [STRAIGHT] maneuver?

Example: I perform a 1 [STRAIGHT] maneuver with my Tholian ship with 1 skill Tholian captain. I then choose the Energy Web as my ship's action. I activate another Tholian ship, with Loskene, not within 1-3 range of my first Tholian ship. I use Loskene's action to move the first Tholian ship another 1 [STRAIGHT] maneuver. Can I place another Energy Web Token (EWT)? Is it possible to place two EWT's with the same ship, in the same round?

Yes, this upgrade may only place 1 Energy web token per turn.
