What do I do if I can't fit all of my ships in the starting area? For instance, in Resistance is Futile Month 3 if my fleet has 5 aire class ships and a blind, or a ship, DS9, and a blind?

Check with your TO for fair placement of your ships versus your opponent's ships if a specific issue like this arises.
