Yes, the 3 Elite Talent Cards (Make it So, I will Deal with Them Myself & Intendant's Orders) should have the mirror universe unique symbol.

There will be an errata added to the next version of the FAQ.

The elite talants from the iss defiant also have the normal unique symbol instead of the mirror symbol will they be erratad as well?

Yes, Rebellion & Strafing Run will be errata'ed as well.
