1. If you use Odo on and opponnent's Odo, when you perform a second Odo action?

2. When you use Odo on a crew upgrade that has an action which discards it, is that upgrade discarded or does it stay disabled?

3. If the crew upgrade you targeted has a distance measurement (i.e. target a ship within range 1-2) do you measure from the ship the upgrade is on or from Odo's ship?

4. Can you use Odo on a crew upgrade that is on a friendly ship?

1. No, you cannot take the same action twice in a round.
2. Odo only makes the action from the disabled card a free action. Odo would be performing the action listed on the disabled card and must pay any cost in the card text. So Odo would be discarded.

If Odo targets a crew that as an Action that disables it, can Odo still perform that action even though he was already disabled to perform his action?

Example: Odo targets Harry Kim. Odo and Harry are disabled, can Odo perform Harry's action and repair one shield token?

No, Odo may not perform an action from another crew card that requires a disable as he is already disabled.
