After you move, you may sensor echo using a 1 forwards. You may use this even if you aren't cloaked.

So given it doesn't specifically limit me to only a 1 forwards, can Synon let me increase that to a 2 or 3 forwards?

No, the card text on Alpha Hunter will only allow you to perform the sensor echo it provides while not cloaked with the 1 straight template.
