If a Muon Feedback Token is placed on a Scout 608 before it moves and the Scout 608 moves 3 forward and then uses its ship ability to move forward 3 again does it take 2 damage or 4 damage during its activation phase?

4 Damage. The muon token affects your ship each time you move until you remove it.

2 Damage. The muon token affects your ship only after your normal movement during the Activation Phase.
