Marla Gilmore:

ACTION: If your ship is not Cloaked, disable all of your remaining Shields and target a ship at Range 1-2 that is not Cloaked and has no Active Shields. Disable this card and 1 [Tech] Upgrade of your choice on the target ship. You may then use that Upgrade's Action (if any) as a free Action this round.

Projected Stasis Field:

Action: If your ship is not cloaked, disable all of your remaining shields and discard this Upgrade to target a ship at range 1-2

If Marla Gilmore uses the tech Upgrade projected stasis field's action, is the projected stasis field discarded (per projected stasis field) or disabled (per Marla Gilmore)?

If Marla Gilmore uses the tech Upgrade projected stasis field's action, is the projected stasis field discarded (per projected stasis field) or disabled (per Marla Gilmore)?

The Projected Stasis Field is disabled per Marla Gilmore's text. But, also note that due to Marla Gilmore copying and using the text on Projected Stasis Field, Marla Gilmore is discarded as well.
