1. How does this scenario handle objects that can remain in play throughout the game?

Energy Web Token: Once you place an EWT in the play area, it will remain there until the end of the battle unless your last Tholian Ship is destroyed, in which case all of your EWT's are immediately removed from the play area.

Antimatter Mines, Cloaked Mines, etc...

2. Do Borg Captains regain their full complement of Drone Tokens when they re-enter play after being destroyed?

3. Do effects that last throughout the game still work?

Stalking Mode: Discard this card to target a ship at Range 1-3. The target ship's skill Number is reduced by 2. In addition, during the Roll Attack Dice step, gain +1 attack die against the target ship. Both of these effects last until the end of game.

Returning Ships:
A ship that would be destroyed under normal circumstances will return to the simulation and continue battling.

Can you please define "Normal Circumstances"?

Does this include only being destroyed by your opponent or are flying off the board and/or suicide attack, self-destruct, etc... also "normal circumstances"?

Scoring the Battle:
During the battle simulation, players will be awarded Fleet Points each time an opponent's ship would be destroyed. A running tally will be kept during each battle. These Fleet Points are a substitution for how Fleet Points are normally calculated.

When a player would normally destroy a ship, they are awarded Fleet Points equal to that ship's total points.

Do players only earn fleet points for ships that they destroy?
Example: Are fleet points scored for an opponent if you fly your ship off the table?
If you self destruct your own ship does an opponent earn fleet points for that as well?

In this scenario, the Energy Web Tokens would only be removed from the map if at any time a player has no remaining Thoalian ships currently on the map.

Mine tokens will remain on the map throughout this scenario.

Borg Captains do not regain Drone Tokens when they re-enter play, during this scenario.

Any game effects that last throughout the game still last throughout the game in this scenario.

In this scenario, "normal circumstances" means anytime a ship would be destroyed or flown off the map.

Yes, your opponent will earn points if you fly your ship off the map or self destruct your own ship.

When you destory a ship for the second, third, etc. time, do you score the points from discarded upgrades that didn't get placed back on the ship?

For example, a borg sphere with transwarp conduit that was used before the first destruction. Would you score the 6 points when you destroy the ship the first time, or every time you destroy it?

How do fighters work in Peak Performance?

A) Do they return each time with their full complement of starting tokens?

B) Do federation fighters lose their one shield when they return to play with a critical token?

In this scenario, every time an opponent's ship is destroyed you will earn the SP indicated under the "Total SP" on your opponent's the Fleet Build Sheet for that ship.

In your example, you would earn the full SP for the ship every time the ship is destroyed even if the Transwarp Conduit was used before the ship was destroyed the first time.

A) For each critical hit token on a Squadron's Ship Card, when the Squadron returns to the battle it comes into play with 1 less Squadron Token and 1 less Shield. A squadron will always return to the battle with at least 1 Squadron Token.

B) The Federation Fighters would return to the battle without a shield on the first token revealed. But once they have taken damage and discarded the first token, the fighter squadron would regain their shield.

The rules state that when a ship is destroyed "Remove any cards that did not start the game on the ship from the game."

Does a card placed under Quark count as "on the ship?"

For example, if Quark deploys Photon Torpedoes to a ship and then that ship is destroyed, Quark is removed from the game, but is Photon Torpedoes also removed?

When a ship returns with less than it's maximum number of shields, can it repair back to its original shield value?
