If you have both a captain and an admiral assigned to a ship and they both have an elite talent slot with a talent assigned to them and your captain is discarded how does this effect the elite talents?

Your elite talents are assigned to the ship, but the talent is provided by the Captain or Admiral. In this case, you should have designated which elite talent is on the Admiral and only that talent may be used if the Captain is discarded or unable to use his talent. If you have not designated which Elite talent is assigned to the Admiral flip a coin to choose which talent is available to the Admiral.

If a captain(elite talent provided) with fleet captain(elite talent provided) equipped is forcibly discarded by any means and there is no admiral to take over can that ship still use the one elite talent that was on the ship?
