"ACTION: Disable this card to repair 1 damage to your Hull or Shields.
OR
ACTION: Discard this card to repair up to 2 damage to your Hull or Shields."

If using the second action, can Dalby repair 1 damage to hull plus 1 damage to shields, or do the 2 repair points have to spent both on hull, or both on shields?

Kenneth Dalby may repair 2 Hull, 2 Shields, or 1 of each.
