AVATAR OF KHONSHU: SIDELINE ACTIVE - During force construction you may pay 10 points to choose another friendly character to be Khonshu's Avatar. If the chosen character has the Herald keyword, pay 0 points instead. That character can't be equipped or chosen to be any other character's Avatar. This game, Khonshu's Avatar can use Stealth and Probability Control and also scores the points paid with this trait when they are KO'd.

Would Khonshu's Avatar be able to use Probability Control if John Constantine was on the map?

If I use Outwit on the Avatar and choose Probability Control, would it be able to use it?
PULSE WAVE RANGE: Range 4, [IT][CHARACTERS][ADJACENT]. Other characters within range can’t use powers or abilities (for this action). Make a range attack targeting all other characters within range and line of fire, including at least one opposing character, using printed defense values for each targeted character. Each hit character is dealt 1 damage instead of normal damage.
If I use Pulse Wave on the Avatar, would it be able to use Probability Control or Stealth during the Pulse Wave?
