The character on E3 has ;Improved-T; ;Elevated; and is making a range attack targeting the character on A3. A3 is on elevation 2 and E3 is on elevation 1. The hindering terrain in C and D is elevation 1. Is the line of fire between A3 and E3 hindered?

For 3 levels of elevation (red will be Level 3, then Level 2 and Level 1), the question for all of these is "If the Line of Fire blocked?"

1. If the character on A3 has ;Improved-T; ;Elevated; and is making a range attack targeting the character on G3.
A3 is on elevation 3 and G3 is on elevation 1. Another friendly character is on elevation 2. Is the line of fire between A3 and G3 blocked?

2. If the other ;F-Character; is a square of ;Blocking; , would the line of fire be blocked?

Great Size. ;Improved-M; ;Elevated; ;Hindering; ;O-Blocking; ;A-Infinity; ;Improved-T; ;A-Infinity; Lines of fire drawn to or from this character are not blocked by elevated terrain or outdoor blocking terrain, and are hindered only if the line of fire is drawn to a square of hindering terrain that includes the target. Protected: Pulse Wave.

THE RIM
A square with a red boundary line running through it with a lower elevation next to it is called “the rim.” A character or square on the rim of elevated terrain can draw a line of fire to, or have a line of fire drawn to it, from a different elevation. A line of fire between different elevations is blocked by:
• Blocking terrain on the lower elevation.
• Elevated terrain of any level higher than the lower elevation, except the square the line of fire is being drawn to or from.
• A Giant or Colossal character.

Both ;Character; and ;F-Character; characters are ;Colossal; on Elevation 1. Character ;O-Character; is on elevation 3. There is elevation 2 between ;O-Character; and the two characters on elevation 1. Can ;O-Character; , draw a line of fire to ;Character; ?

No. Character ;F-Character; would block line or fire to ;Character; .
