LET'S MAKE A TRADE: FREE: Choose an equipped character (friendly or opposing) within 3 squares and line of fire. If Trader is equipped, and both equipments have Equip: Any, those equipments are now equipped to the other character.

What happens if you use this one someone with more than one equipment equipped?

The player controlling Trader chooses one of the equipped items and that one will be used for the swap.

Mandarin Rings
"Equipped character may be equipped with a second object if it's also a Mandarin Ring."

If a character was equipped with two Mandarin rings and Trader switched his equipped gem for a character's ring, what happens to the character that had two rings and now has one ring and one gem?

When equipping, you must normally unequip the previous item before equipping the new one. In the provided example, a chosen Ring would be unequipped first. Before the Gem would be equipped, the other equipped Mandarin Ring's effect checks to see if the next equipped item is going to be another Mandarin Ring. Since it is not, that Mandarin Ring also has to be unequipped. The chosen character would end up having both Mandarin Rings unequipped and just being equipped with the Gem.
