GOLDEN LASSO: When Wonder Woman hits, after resolutions she may use Mind Control as FREE, but only to target a hit character.

Wonder Woman has 2 targets. If she hits 2 targets with the initial attack, can she then Mind Control both targets?

No. She may only target a single character.
