Legacy Starro has:

REABSORPTION STOP. Regeneration, Super Senses. // POWER: This game, Starro's green starting line is his starting line. KO any number of friendly characters named Starrophyte, then turn Starro to click #16 and heal him 1 click for each character KO'd this way.

If I pay 20 points to add Starro to my force and use the POWER action from Reabsorption, what would Starro's point value be?

Since Starro's startling line has changed, his point value would now correspond to the point value for that starting line. He would now be considered 260 points for all game effects (including scoring).
