When Amanda Waller uses YOU WORK FOR ME NOW and picks a friendly character to gain the Suicide Squad keyword, if I have multiples of that named character would all 5 of them gain the Suicide Squad keyword?

No. Only the specific character chosen for her effect will gain the keyword.
