Can Booster Gold use Probability Control to target himself and then again for the "normal" use? In other words, can he use the "additional" use of Probability Control first and then use it normally?

Yes. He may use the Probability Control granted by his special power twice each turn as long as one of the two uses targets himself or a friendly character named Blue Beetle.

Is Booster limited to only one additional use of Probability Control per turn?
