GOONGALA GOONGALA: Give Casey Jones a close action and make a close attack. If he hits, after actions resolve move him up to two squares automatically breaking away, then make another close attack with his attack and damage values modified by +1.

Is Casey allowed to continue making close attacks as long each is successful or is he limited to 1 extra close attack per use of GOONGALA GOONGALA?

GOONGALA GOONGALA is an effect specifically activated by a close combat action and the trigger is checked only within the close attack of that close combat action. Any hits after that attack will not trigger any additional attacks or movement.
