UXM 062 Magneto

Hi WK,

I have a couple of questions regarding chase Magneto from the Uncanny X-Men set.

This Entire World Is Dead Dreams and Scrap: If there are no Scrap Metal markers attached to Magneto, you may give him a power action to destroy up to two walls or squares of printed Blocking terrain within 8 squares and attach that many Scrap Metal markers (maximum 2) Give Magneto a free action and remove all Scrap Metal markers to make that many object attacks as if he was holding a heavy object.


1.) Does Magneto begins the game with the Scrap Metal Markers attached?

2). Could Magneto make melee attack via his trait as if he were holding an ultra heavy object?

No. He begins the game without any Scrap Metal markers attached to him.

2). Could Magneto make melee attack via his trait as if he were holding an ultra heavy object?

No. Each object attack is made as if he is holding a standard heavy (red ringed) object.

CREATOR OF THE X-MEN IN THIS REALITY: When building your force, you may chose a character of 150 points or less. That character has the X-Men keyword this game.

Can bystanders gain keywords from this effect?

Yes. Note that the bystanders would still not count for, or be able to use, any Themed Team effects. This means, that they would not count for the initiative roll bonus, and they could not use Themed Team Probability Control.

Do the walls need to be printed WALLS or can they be WALLS placed via another game effect or ability?

The walls do not have to be printed on the map. They can be walls created from game effects. Note that the squares of blocking terrain do have to be printed on the map.
